All orders can be cancelled which has not been processed. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 8 hours. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

We are sorry but we can’t help you. If the tracking information shows “delivered“, we are not able to issue a replacement unless the shipment is being returned to us.
